Meanwhile we can tell about more positive Things in Nkhudzy Bay. The money for the electrical maintenance has been transfered. A new nursery school has been built with the great aid of a british sponsor. We hope getting photos soon.

Also they were able building a small pig farm without our aid. So now there are squeaking some farrows. The earning is for the communalty.

Now we have a little problem. Which thing we have to do at first? In his letter Raphael wrote he wants to build up a small piggery for all. A good thought because of a good and better food. Mostly the people there eat only this mush Nzima, this is only for a full stomach and has less of nutrient and vitamins.

For me is important the safety of the people and I would prefer to maintain the electrical installation of the maize mill. In this area are a lot of people, sometimes also children. From here we are not able to anticipate this.

For both projects we don´t have the money.

Piggery or safety ?

On the 17. and 18.01.2009 we represented our engagement for Malawi on the fair Reisezeit & Wellnesszeit in Gera.

There we’ve had our own stand and could present our engagement for Malawi. As a neighbor we had a good representative of Mozambique who presented the culture of his homeland with a good performance. But we can tell you this fair has had not so much visitors but we’ve had a positive impression.

At least there is existing a report about us in the regional newspaper.
